Booz Allen Hamilton Names Vice President Gary Voellger to Chief Ethics Position

MCLEAN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Global strategy and technology consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) today announced the appointment of Gary Voellger as Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer. Voellger, a vice president at the firm, has more than 25 years of experience as a defense operations leader across all aspects of military aviation. Prior to being named Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer, Voellger led Booz Allen's work for the Air Force Network Integration Center, the Air Force's Air Mobility Command, and the United States Transportation Command at Scott Air Force Base.

During Voellger's extensive career at Booz Allen, his responsibilities have included complex operational employment, market capture and C4ISR program management. He joined Booz Allen from the U.S. Air Force in 2002, where he retired as a Major General, having commanded four flying Wings and served as Deputy Assistant for Joint and National Security Council Matters.

Voellger, who succeeded Gale Smith in the role of Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer on April 1, reports to Booz Allen President and Chief Executive Officer Horacio Rozanski.
