U.S. Air Force Awards Booz Allen $140M to Provide Consulting Services to Streamline Business Operations

MCLEAN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The U.S. Air Force is the world's preeminent force in air, space and cyberspace. In today's complex geopolitical landscape, the Air Force faces a myriad of complex business and transformational challenges across its locations and specialties that requires a strategic approach to restore readiness, modernize, and drive innovation. To support business transformation, the Air Force District of Washington (AFDW) has awarded Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) a five year $140 million indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to conduct business area process reengineering, strategic planning, performance improvement and change management projects consistent with Department of Defense Reform.
