Booz Allen Expands Support to USDOT Intelligent Transportation Systems ProgramMcLean, VA — Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) announced it has recently been awarded eight task orders to support the Intelligent Transportation Systems Joint Program Office (ITS JPO) at the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Research and Innovative Technology Administration (RITA). The task orders, spread across multiple Indefinite-Delivery – Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, are valued at $8 million over three years.

IDIQ contracts covered include Technical Support and Assistance to the FHWA Office of Operations, Intelligent Transportation Systems Technical Support Services, and FHWA Support Services for Transportation Communication Systems Research and Analysis.

Booz Allen will provide technical support services to the Connected Vehicle research program, the Applications for the Environment: Real Time Information Synthesis (AERIS) program, and Data Communications Analysis.
