Booz Allen Hamilton Names Five New Executive Vice Presidents With Wide Range of Experience and Expertise in Government Markets
Mark Herman leads the firm’s modeling, simulation, wargaming, and analysis work. He has more than 30 years of experience designing and developing wargames on a variety of strategic and boardroom topics for the U.S. Department of Defense and Fortune 500 companies. Having joined the firm in 1987, he holds an M.A. in National Security Studies from Georgetown University and a B.A. in History from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
Joe Logue serves in a senior market leadership role for the firm’s Defense business, and has previously led the firm’s U.S. Navy and Marine Corps business and the firm’s global information technology business. Having joined Booz Allen in 1997, he earned an M.S. degree in technology management from the University of Maryland and a B.S. in electrical engineering from Catholic University.
Jack Mayer is a member of the firm’s executive Leadership Team, and leads Booz Allen’s business in support of the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security. Having joined the firm in 1997, he holds graduate degrees in statistics, operations research, and business from Stanford University and Long Island University, and he has an undergraduate degree in engineering from the U.S. Military Academy.
Horacio Rozanski is a member of Booz Allen’s executive Leadership Team, and serves in strategic planning and talent management roles for the firm. He leads the firm’s recruiting, human resources, learning and development, diversity, strategic people initiatives, and total rewards functions. Previously, he served clients in the firm's consumer products strategy business. Having joined the firm in 1992, he holds an MBA with high honors from the University of Chicago and a BBA (summa cum laude) from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire.
Richard Wilhelm serves in a senior leadership role in the firm’s intelligence business and provides direction across Booz Allen’s analytics capabilities. Prior to joining Booz Allen in 1998, he had a 29-year career in military and government as an intelligence officer and civilian appointee. He has a B.A. degree in Russian studies from Syracuse University and completed graduate courses at Georgetown University and is a distinguished graduate of the Naval War College.
