McLean, Virginia April 20, 2017 Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation (NYSE: BAH) (Booz Allen) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. (the Issuer), has priced $350 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.125% senior notes due 2025. The offering is expected to close on April 25, 2017, subject to certain closing conditions.
